Family Self Sufficiency Coordinator

CARES

The FSS Coordinator is the case managment specialist for those receiving or applying for services of the Casper Housing Authority.  The Coordinator provides application assistance, coordinates services and is involved in tenant activities.  From basic case management to graduation from services, our FSS Coordinators are available to assist tenants with individualized self sufficiency plans and opportunities.

ReFabb Store Technician

CARES

ReFabb4Less is a home improvement center that accepts donated goods from retailers, manufacturers, contractors and homeowners. Building supplies are then sold, at great prices, to the general public. The store's operations generate funds to support the Casper Housing Authority CARES’ supportive programming.  The ReFabb Technician handles pickup and delivery of store items, cleans and tests applicances, etc, and helps with the merchandising of the store. This can be a full or part time position.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs and drive a box truck.

Custodian

Casper Housing Authority maintains a Janitorial Team of custodial professionals providing quality commercial cleaning to our housing programs, offices, community programs and commercial buildings.  This is an entry level position for those who are looking to start a career in the janitorial field.  Experience is preferred but will train the right person.  Looking for a self-starter, energetic personality and have a positive attitude.  Must have a good driving record, pass a background check and drug test.  

Urban Farm Manager

CARES

The Farm Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and building the new Urban Thistle Farm.  This position will be responsible to recruit and manage volunteers, manage vendors and give input for farm equipment, hoop and greenhouses and irrigation techniques.  This position will work directly with the executive team to provide direction through applying appropriate horticultural techniques to a wide variety of plant materials to ensure gardens are of the highest horticulture standards.  This is a new, full time, year round position.  Must have a good driving record, pass a background check and drug test
