FSS Coordinator
CARES
The FSS Coordinator is the case managment specialist for those receiving or applying for services of the Casper Housing Authority. The Coordinator provides application assistance, coordinates services and is involved in tenant activities. From basic case management to graduation from services, our FSS Coordinators are available to assist tenants with individualized self sufficiency plans and opportunities.
Community Kitchen Manager and Cook
The CHA CARES Kitchen Manager is responsible for all aspects of food production and kitchen management at the CARES Kitchen. This includes ensuring required trainings are attended, food is procured using the most sustainable and cost-friendly practices, menus are planned in accordance with CACFP, relationships are made and maintained with local food sources, and kitchen cleanliness is of the highest importance. CHA CARES Kitchen Manager’s primary duty is to ensure wholesome meals are prepared in accordance with CACFP (Child Adult Care Food Program) guidelines, then delivered and served family-style to all classrooms at the Kid’s Kampus Early Learning Center (a program of CHA CARES).
ReFabb Store Technician CARES
ReFabb4Less is a home improvement center that accepts donated goods from retailers, manufacturers, contractors and homeowners. Building supplies are then sold, at great prices, to the general public. The store's operations generate funds to support the Casper Housing Authority CARES’ supportive programming. The ReFabb Technician handles pickup and delivery of store items, cleans and tests applicances, etc, and helps with the merchandising of the store. This can be a full or part time position. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and drive a box truck.
Lead Teacher
Kids Kampus CARES
Kids Kampus Childcare Center is a multdisciplinary center with low child to teacher ratios. New lead teachers have the opportunity to choose their educational discipline and further their knowledge, skills and abilities. Kids Kampus provides training support for the lead teacher to get their CDA, Infant Toddler Credential and specific educational certifications.
Full Time Custodian
Casper Housing Authority
Casper Housing Authority maintains a Janitorial Team of custodial professionals providing quality commercial cleaning to our housing programs, offices, community programs and commercial buildings. This is an entry level position for those who are looking to start a career in the janitorial field. Experience is preferred but will train the right person. Looking for a self-starter, energetic personality and have a positive attitude. Must have a good driving record, pass a background check and drug test.
Part time Custodian
Kids Kampus CARES
The Kids Kampus employs part time high school age, 16 & 17, for an after school position to clean the center, each evening. Perfect for those who need a few hours each day, from 3-6pm. The custodial position is responsible for closing down each classroom, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, wiping down walls and mopping floors, in addition to tumbling and washing toys.
