The Raven Crest project is a 100 unit, new build, on the south side of Casper in a newly developed subdivision. There are 5 buildings, including 50 subsidized units and 50 units of workforce housing.
Raven Crest includes a Club House, BBQ pits, playground and community gardens. Raven Crest is Phase I of the RAD project and is a LIHTC property. Tenants must qualify for both a RAD Voucher and under LIHTC guidelines for subsidized assistance.
Workforce housing includes LIHTC qualifications only.
