Casper Housing Authority Transitions
The CHAT program is transitional housing for families and couples that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Bridging the gap between homelessness and permanent housing, CHAT is a short-term, service-intensive program that is more private than emergency shelters. The program is time-limited to stays to up to 24 months.
