Casper Housing Authority Transitions
CHAT

The CHAT program is transitional housing for families and couples that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Bridging the gap between homelessness and permanent housing, CHAT is a short-term, service-intensive program that is more private than emergency shelters. The program is time-limited to stays to up to 24 months.

Foundations

Foundations, located in Building C on the Life Steps Campus, is a program for women, reentering society from an institutional setting.  Case Management and supportive services are offered to each participant, through an individualized program.

The Foundations program is through a referral process only.  Interested participants or agencies may contact the Family Self Sufficiency Manager, at 307-266-1388 x 27 or email at info@chaoffice.org, for information on the referral process.
