PHCNC is happening tomorrow, January 24, 2025!
In its eleventh year, PHCNC is a resource fair for the unhoused. Intended to work in conjunction with HUD's annual Point in Time Count, PHCNC is the service side of this important work. Human Service Providers from across Natrona County spend one day in outreach to Natrona County's homeless community. PHCNC provides a connection to services such as housing, health care, food and clothing. The event serves hot meals, warm coats, personal care items and haircuts.
The 2025 PHCNC Event is held at Casper Eagles 306 Aerie and Auxiliary at 306 N. Durbin on January 24, 2025, from 9am - 4pm.
PHCNC appreciates the support of Serve Wyoming, Wyoming Food Bank/Albertsons and all the participating agencies and individual donors.
