The Proposed Annual PHA Plan, including the PHA Plan Elements and all relevant information to the Plans are available for public review at the Casper Housing Authority main Office at 777 Overland Trail, Suite 131, Casper, WY. All Plans are available to the Resident Advisory Council free of charge. The Plan addresses regulations for the Section 8 and all housing programs handled by Casper Housing Authority. The public is invited to review the PHA Plan and to comment on its contents. Copies of the report are available for review at Casper Housing Authority, 777 Overland Trail, Suite 131, Casper, WY. The comment period will end at 1p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2026; comments should be directed to the Housing Authority – City of Casper, 777 Overland Trail, Suite 131, Casper, WY 82601, or by email at info@chaoffice.org. A public hearing will be held on December 16, 2026 at the Casper Housing Authority, 777 Overland Trail, Suite 131, from 1p.m.-3p.m.
