Casper Housing Authority employs a dedicated and experienced Property Management Team that oversee the daily operations of our residential LIHTC and affordable housing properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of real estate management, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing tenant relations, ensuring property maintenance, and maximizing occupancy rates while adhering to all regulatory requirements. Casper Housing Authority owns and manages nearly 300 housing units in Casper, Cheyenne and Lusk, Wyoming and 15 commercial properties. The Maintenance Team is a critical part of preservation and upkeep of all facilities.  Responsibilties include performing maintenance and other duties that assure the preservation and upkeep of the buildings, fixtures, and resident spaces. Landscaping and snow removal are also part of the position.This position is full time and requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and drive a box truck.
