The Casper Housing Authority and Casper Housing Authority CARES are led by a dedicated Executive Team, including the Executive Director, Director of Finance, Director of Asset Management, Director of Housing, and Director of CARES. Together, they oversee a team of 48 passionate and mission-focused employees across various departments, including Housing Programs, Maintenance & Construction, Family Self Sufficiency, Administrative, and CARES.
