Our Team

The Casper Housing Authority and Casper Housing Authority CARES are led by a dedicated Executive Team, including the Executive Director, Director of Construction & Maintenance, Director of Housing and Director of Finance.  Together, they oversee a team of 48 passionate and mission-focused employees across various departments, including Housing Programs, Maintenance & Construction, Family Self Sufficiency, Administrative, and Supportive Services.
