How do you keep track of tools and equipment when employees are working at different sites?
We have a small construction company, and I'm increasingly losing track of who's using what tools. I've tried Excel, but people constantly forget to mark them. Paper logs don't work. Does anyone use a ready-made asset tracking solution? I'm specifically interested in a system that works with QR codes or RFID, so we can quickly scan and see where everything is. Could you share your experiences: how did you start, what mistakes did you make, and what should you pay attention to when choosing? Thanks in advance.
